Google sucht einen Chef für sein kommendes Forschungszentrum in Deutschland:
Engineering Center Director From Germany

Die Anforderungen:

• Strong and current technical contributions, experience with commercial software development, stellar academic credentials, and a track record of highly influential technical and leadership achievements.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in leadership roles within engineering and research organizations, managing a center, recruiting senior engineers and being a point of contact with external organizations.
• Entrepreneurial drive; and a demonstrated ability to deliver products on time.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational skills.
• Software background, Internet experience.
• Strong project management and technical architecture skills.
• Ability to excel within an informal startup environment and a flat organizational structure, and provide credible hands-on management to highly qualified engineers.
• MS CS preferred (PhD a plus).

Komisch, das bei den Requirements nichts davon steht, was eigentlich Teil der Aufgaben ist:
Evangelize Google’s values as an organization that believes in community, creativity, innovation - and fun.

Ich denke, nach meinen Erfahrungen mit einigen führenden Google-Mitarbeitern, hätte ich da Probleme mit, auch wenn ich die anderen obigen Anforderungen wohl zu 95% erfüllen könnte.

Tja, sowas kann passieren, wenn kein ordentliches IT-Securitykonzept vorliegt, bzw. sich nicht daran gehalten wird:
